These Official Rules govern the Activity Rewards Payback program (the "ARP" or the "Program") offered by Longevity Formulas LLC ("Longevity Formulas," "we," "us," or "our"). By designating an order as an ARP Order at checkout and agreeing to these Official Rules, you ("you" or "Member") accept and agree to be bound by them. The ARP is a customer loyalty and rebate program: every reward described in these Official Rules is earned through, and determined solely by, your own purchases and your own engagement. Your rewards never depend on the purchases, conduct, or existence of any other customer. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to participate in the Daily Spin described in Section 8, which is governed by its own separate sweepstakes rules.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation, who reside in the United States, and who hold a valid account at longevity-formulas.com. You must be logged in to your account to participate; ARP options are not available for guest checkout. Employees of Longevity Formulas LLC and their immediate family members may participate only where permitted by our internal policies. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How the Program Works: Overview

When you designate a qualifying order as an ARP Order, that order creates a Payback Potential equal to 100% of the order's product value (excluding shipping and tax). Each Payback Potential opens with a Payback Multiplier of 20x and its own Streak Counter. Completing one free daily activity keeps every one of your Streak Counters running; each completed seven-day streak week permanently reduces that Potential's Multiplier by 2x, down to a floor of 1x. A Payback Potential pays out, as store credit equal to its full amount, once your own subsequent Qualifying Spend reaches the Potential's amount multiplied by its then-current Multiplier. Everything in this process is determined by your own conduct: your purchases fill your Potentials, and your engagement accelerates your payback. Nothing you have earned ever moves backward (Section 5).

3. ARP Orders; Point-of-Sale Disclosure; The Checkout Choice

A qualifying order is a single web order with a product value of at least one hundred dollars ($100), calculated excluding shipping and tax and excluding any portion paid with store credit. At checkout, while logged in, you may designate a qualifying order in one, and only one, of the following ways:

• Open a new Payback Potential: the order creates a new Payback Potential equal to its product value, opening at a 20x Multiplier with a fresh Streak Counter. Spend on this order does not count toward filling any existing Potential.
• Fill your existing Potentials: the order's product value counts as Qualifying Spend toward your open Payback Potentials (oldest first) under Section 4, and does not create a new Potential.

The checkout screen will display the consequence of each choice before you confirm (for example: "Open a new $120 Payback Potential at 20x" or "Apply $120 toward your pending $100 Potential, currently at 8x, $340 remaining"). The terms shown at checkout are fixed for that order at the moment of purchase. Orders not designated either way are ordinary purchases: they neither create Potentials nor count as Qualifying Spend. Orders paid entirely with store credit cannot be designated. There is no limit on the number of Payback Potentials you may hold. Participation is always optional.

4. Qualifying Spend; How Potentials Fill and Pay Out

Qualifying Spend means the product value (excluding shipping and tax, excluding any portion paid with store credit, and net of returns) of your own orders designated at checkout as filling orders under Section 3. Qualifying Spend fills your open Payback Potentials in the order they were created (oldest first); each dollar counts once, and any excess rolls to your next-oldest open Potential.

A Payback Potential pays out when the cumulative Qualifying Spend applied to it equals or exceeds the Potential amount multiplied by its then-current Payback Multiplier. Upon payout you receive store credit equal to 100% of the Potential amount, issued automatically to your account, and the Potential closes. Example: a $100 Potential at 20x pays out after $2,000 of your own Qualifying Spend is applied to it; the same Potential earned down to 1x pays out after $100. If a Potential's Multiplier is reduced under Section 5 after some Qualifying Spend has already been applied, the reduced requirement applies immediately to the balance. Your payback never depends on purchases made by anyone other than you.

Each payout is issued as store credit for the full Potential amount, and you always receive that full value. You choose the order on which to redeem a credit. If you apply a credit to an order that costs less than the credit's value, you keep the difference: the unused remainder is returned to you as store credit that you can use on a later order, so no part of a payout is ever lost. See Section 7 for how credit is redeemed.

5. Streak Weeks and Multiplier Reductions (Vested and Permanent)

Daily activity. Completing one free daily activity, logging in to your account, taking the free Daily Spin, or clicking a link in one of our emails, counts as activity for that calendar day (US Arizona time, America/Phoenix, which does not observe daylight saving time) and advances the Streak Counter on every open Payback Potential simultaneously. Only one daily activity is required regardless of how many Potentials you hold.

Vesting. Each time a Potential's Streak Counter completes seven (7) consecutive days, a reduction of 2x vests on that Potential's Multiplier, except that the final reduction from 2x is 1x, down to the minimum Multiplier of 1x (the "Floor"). A Potential opening at 20x therefore reaches the Floor after ten (10) completed streak weeks. We may publish additional engagement activities carrying additional reduction values on the Program page; published values apply prospectively.

Email engagement bonus. As a separate, purely additive reward, in any calendar month (US Arizona time) in which you click a link in our emails on at least two (2) different calendar days, a bonus reduction of 1x vests on the Multiplier of each of your open Payback Potentials, down to but never below the 1x Floor. This bonus is optional and additional to your streak-week reductions: it can only lower a Multiplier, never raise one, and choosing not to click email links never breaks a Streak Counter, never reduces any vested progress, and costs you nothing. Each qualifying click also counts as that day's daily activity under this Section, so a single click can both keep your streak and count toward this bonus. A bonus earned in one month does not carry over to the next; each calendar month is counted on its own. Like all reductions under this Section, a vested email engagement bonus is permanent and one-directional.

Vested reductions are permanent and one-directional. Once a reduction vests on a Payback Potential, it is yours: it never expires, is never reversed, and is unaffected by missed days, broken Streak Counters, returns on other orders, or any other event. A Potential's Multiplier can only decrease, never increase. Your progress is always yours.

Effect of a missed day. If you complete no daily activity on a given day, every open Potential's Streak Counter breaks: unvested progress within the current (incomplete) streak week is lost, and no further reductions vest until the Counter is restored under Section 6 or rebuilt with seven new consecutive days of activity. A missed day never changes any vested reduction and never increases any Multiplier.

6. Streak Restore

If your Streak Counters break, you may restore them in either of two ways: (a) Restore by order: placing a new qualifying ARP Order designated to open a new Payback Potential within fourteen (14) days of the break restores continuity on all of your broken Streak Counters, each resuming as though unbroken, while the new order opens its own Potential at 20x with its own fresh Counter; or (b) Rebuild: completing daily activity for seven consecutive days starts your Counters' next streak weeks from zero. Streak Restore affects only the pace at which future reductions vest; it is never required to protect any vested reduction, any Payback Potential, or anything you have paid for or earned. After the fourteen-day restore window, Counters may be rebuilt but not restored.

7. Store Credit; Payout Terms

Payouts are issued as store credit to your longevity-formulas.com account, which you may use toward the purchase of any product we sell. You always keep the full value of every payout. Store credit does not expire.

Each payout credit is applied to a single order. If the order you apply it to costs at least as much as the credit, the full credit is used on that order. If the order costs less than the credit, the credit covers that order in full and the unused remainder stays in your account as store credit for you to use on a later order. Any amount you do not use on a given order is always preserved and never lost, never converted to cash, and never reduced. A credit is applied against your order total, not on a per-item basis.

Store credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not replaceable if your account is closed for fraud under Section 12. Purchases made with store credit are refundable under our standard return policy but do not count as Qualifying Spend and cannot be designated as ARP Orders. We do not offer conversion of store credit to cash.

8. Daily Spin (Free Sweepstakes: No Purchase Necessary)

The Daily Spin is a free promotional sweepstakes open once per day to every account holder, whether or not they participate in the ARP. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY to take the Daily Spin, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Prizes consist of discount codes and small store-credit awards as described in the Daily Spin Official Rules published at longevity-formulas.com/daily-spin-rules, which govern the Daily Spin, including odds disclosures and any state-specific requirements. Completing the Daily Spin counts as daily activity under Section 5.

9. Referral Rewards (Separate From Payback)

If you refer a friend using your referral link and that friend completes their first qualifying purchase, you will each receive a twenty dollar ($20) store credit, up to a maximum of five (5) referral credits per Member per calendar month. Referral rewards are flat, single-level credits: referrals do not reduce any Payback Multiplier, do not fill any Payback Potential, do not affect Streak Counters, and do not confer any benefit based on your referred friend's subsequent purchases or referrals. Referral store credit is issued and redeemed under the same full-value, non-expiring payout terms described in Section 7.

10. Member Appreciation Bonus (Discretionary)

From time to time, at our sole discretion, we may declare a Member Appreciation Bonus to thank Members following a successful period. Any such bonus will be announced after the period ends and will consist of additional store credit calculated as a uniform percentage of each Member's own Qualifying Spend during the announced period, or a uniform enhancement to Program terms applied equally to all active Members. Appreciation Bonuses are gratuitous: they are not promised, not guaranteed, not earned until declared, and are never a basis for making a purchase. No purchase should be made in expectation of an Appreciation Bonus.

11. Returns and Refunds

ARP participation does not limit your refund rights. All orders, including ARP Orders, are refundable under our standard return policy. If you return all or part of an order: (a) if that order created a Payback Potential, the Potential is cancelled or reduced proportionally to the returned amount; (b) if that order was a filling order, the returned amount is deducted from the Qualifying Spend applied to your Potentials; and (c) if a payout was already issued on a Potential associated with the returned order, the unspent portion of the corresponding store credit will be deducted from your account, and any portion already redeemed will be flagged for review and resolved with you directly. Returns have no effect on your other Payback Potentials, their vested Multiplier reductions, or your Streak Counters.

12. Disqualification and Fraud

We reserve the right to disqualify any Member and to void any Payback Potential, credit, or reward that we determine, acting reasonably, involves fraud, abuse, manipulation, the use of bots or automated methods to simulate engagement, chargebacks, payment reversals, or any material violation of these Official Rules or our site terms. Store credit already properly earned and issued for genuine purchases will not be voided except in cases of fraud relating to its issuance.

13. Changes to the Program; Grandfathering

We may change these Official Rules, or suspend or end the Program, on notice posted to the Program page and, for material changes, by email to active Members. All changes are prospective only. Any Payback Potential created before the effective date of a change remains governed by the Multiplier, vesting schedule, and payout terms in effect when it was created, and all vested reductions are unaffected. If we end the Program, all open Payback Potentials will remain eligible to fill and pay out under their existing terms for a wind-down period of not less than twelve (12) months, and all store credit already issued will be honored in accordance with these Official Rules.

14. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to store credit or other rewards received under the Program. Where required by law, we may report rewards and may request tax information. Consult your own tax advisor regarding your situation.

15. Privacy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use your account activity, order history, and engagement activity to operate the Program, including calculating your Multipliers, Streak Counters, Qualifying Spend, and payouts, all of which are displayed to you on your ARP Dashboard.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Formulas LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program or these Official Rules. Our total liability to you relating to the Program will not exceed the value of the store credit properly earned by you under these Official Rules. Nothing in this section limits your refund rights under Section 11 or any rights that cannot be limited by law.

17. Governing Law; Disputes; General

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or these Official Rules will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Official Rules, together with our site terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Daily Spin Official Rules, are the entire agreement between you and Longevity Formulas LLC regarding the Program. Appendix: Plain-English Summary (Non-Binding)

This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the Official Rules above.

• Make any $100+ order an ARP Order and it creates a Payback Potential worth 100% of that order in store credit. Every Potential starts at 20x.
• Check in once a day (a login, the free Daily Spin, or clicking a link in one of our emails covers all your Potentials at once). Every 7-day streak week knocks 2x off each Potential, down to 1x after 10 weeks.
• Bonus for reading our emails: click a link in our emails on any two different days in the same calendar month and you earn an extra 1x off every Potential's multiplier, on top of your streak weeks (never below 1x). It is pure upside, skipping it never breaks your streak or costs you a thing, and each of those clicks still counts as that day's check-in too.
• Reductions you have earned are locked in forever. Miss a day and you only lose the partial week you were working on, never anything already earned. Your progress is always yours.
• Get your credit by spending: at checkout, choose whether an order opens a NEW Potential or FILLS your existing ones. When your filling spend reaches a Potential's amount times its current multiplier, the full credit lands in your account.
• Your payout is store credit for the full amount, and you always keep the full value. Apply it to any order; if the order costs less than the credit, the leftover stays in your account for next time. Store credit does not expire, and no part of a payout is ever lost.
• Broke your streak? Place a new ARP Order within 14 days and all your counters pick up right where they left off, or just rebuild with 7 straight days.
• Everything you earn comes from your own purchases and your own engagement, never from anyone else's.
• Full refund rights on every order. Returns just unwind the related Potential and credit: an unspent payout is deducted, and any already-redeemed portion is reviewed and resolved with you directly.
• The Daily Spin is free for everyone, no purchase necessary. Refer a friend and you each get $20 flat, and referrals never touch your payback math.
• After great periods, we may declare a surprise Appreciation Bonus for all Members, a thank-you, never a promise.
