Most products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, call 800-285-4116 Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm MST for a no-hassle return authorization, or email orders@longevity-formulas.com.

How to start a return
Contact us at 800-285-4116 or orders@longevity-formulas.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be processed. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions and the return address:

Refunds and store credit
Cash back, excluding shipping, is available on items returned within 90 days of purchase. Returns made 90 or more days after purchase receive store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved and, if approved, issue it to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Some items are not returnable due to personal hygiene and sanitary protocols: H2CAP, KinoGEM, KinoPAD, and KinoRAY. Defective products are returnable within the warranty period.

Healthy Vibes products
Healthy Vibes products carry a 120-day satisfaction guarantee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
