Shipping
All orders are processed within one (1) business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping, please call 800-285-4116 before placing your order.
How shipping is calculated
Every order follows the same simple rule:
- Orders over $150: Free standard shipping. (Heavy-item postage still applies, see below.)
- Orders of $150 or less: A flat $12.95 standard shipping charge. This base is waived to $0 when your cart includes a qualifying pack.
The $150 threshold is based on your product subtotal, before tax and before shipping.
Heavy-item postage
A few larger liquid products carry a small per-bottle postage because of their weight. The base or free shipping benefit covers the first bottle, so this postage begins with the second bottle of each heavy item. It applies on every order, including free shipping orders.
- Pink Relief, 64 oz: $4.95 per additional bottle
- Pink Relief Tonic, 32 oz: $2.95 per additional bottle
- pHenomenal Water, 32 oz: $2.95 per additional bottle
For example, one heavy bottle adds nothing beyond the base. Two bottles of Pink Relief 64 oz add $4.95, three add $9.90, and so on. The same applies to Tonic and pHenomenal Water at their rates.
Shipping is the same whether you order on our website or over the phone. What you see online is exactly what our phone order team applies.
