Auto-Refill Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy
This page explains how our Auto-Refill subscription works, what you agree to when you sign up, and exactly how to change, skip, or cancel it. Auto-Refill (also shown on product pages as "Subscribe & Save" or Auto-Replenishment) is our optional recurring delivery service. It is separate from any rewards or promotional offers.
How Auto-Refill works
When you choose Auto-Refill on a product page, you pick how often you want the product delivered, every 30, 60, or 90 days. On each cycle we automatically prepare a new order and charge the payment method you used at signup, at the price and interval shown on that product page at the time you enrolled. You save on every recurring order for as long as your subscription stays active.
What you are agreeing to
By selecting Auto-Refill and completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price, frequency, and dates shown on the product page, until you skip, pause, or cancel. Your subscription continues automatically until you tell us to stop. We will send an order confirmation each time a recurring order is placed, and shipping is charged per our current Shipping and Returns terms.
How to change, skip, pause, or cancel
You are in control and can make changes at any time, with no phone trees and no waiting on hold. There are two ways to do it.
Manage it yourself online. Log in to your customer account, open your subscriptions, and from there you can change the product, change the delivery frequency, skip an upcoming shipment, update your payment method or address, pause, or cancel outright. Changes take effect immediately once saved.

Timing of changes
To make sure a change applies to your next delivery, please cancel, skip, or edit your subscription at least two (2) business days before your next scheduled order date. Changes made after an order has already been prepared or charged will apply to the following cycle. If a charge goes through that you meant to cancel in time, contact us and we will make it right under our guarantee.
Refunds and guarantee
