These Official Rules govern the Daily Spin promotional sweepstakes (the "Daily Spin" or the "Promotion") offered by Longevity Formulas LLC ("Longevity Formulas," "we," "us," or "our"). By taking a Daily Spin you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Daily Spin is separate from, and governed independently of, the Activity Rewards Payback program; completing a Daily Spin counts as a daily activity under the Activity Rewards Payback Official Rules.

1. Eligibility

The Daily Spin is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who reside in the United States, and who hold a valid account at longevity-formulas.com. You must be logged in to your account to take a Daily Spin. Employees of Longevity Formulas LLC and their immediate family members may participate only where permitted by our internal policies. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The Daily Spin is available once per day to every eligible account holder, whether or not they participate in the Activity Rewards Payback program or make any purchase.

3. How to Enter; Frequency

While logged in to your account, open the Daily Spin and spin once. Each eligible account may take one (1) Daily Spin per calendar day (US Arizona time, America/Phoenix, which does not observe daylight saving time). Only one spin per account per day is permitted regardless of the number of devices or browsers used. Any attempt to spin more than once per day, or to enter using multiple or automated accounts, is void and may result in disqualification under Section 9.

4. Prizes

Daily Spin prizes consist of discount codes and small store-credit awards. Some spins may result in no prize. The specific prizes available, and the result of your spin, are shown to you on the Daily Spin at the time you play. All prizes are awarded in the form and denomination shown at the time of the spin. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of any prize is permitted, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any discount code or store credit awarded is subject to the terms shown with it, including any minimum purchase, product exclusions, expiration for discount codes, and one-time-use limitations. Store-credit awards are governed by the store-credit terms described in the Activity Rewards Payback Official Rules and do not expire.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning any particular prize on a given spin depend on the prizes then available and are disclosed to you on the Daily Spin at the time of play. Because prizes may change from time to time, current odds are always the ones displayed on the Daily Spin when you spin.

6. Winner Notification; Claiming a Prize

If your spin results in a prize, it is applied to or made available in your account automatically at the time of the spin, or as otherwise indicated on the Daily Spin. Discount codes must be applied at checkout in accordance with their stated terms. Store-credit awards are added to your account balance. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current so that prizes can be delivered. We are not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate account information.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to any prize received under the Promotion. Where required by law, we may report prizes and may request tax information. Consult your own tax advisor regarding your situation.

8. General Conditions; Right to Modify

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or end the Daily Spin, or to change these Official Rules, at any time on notice posted to this page. All changes are prospective only and do not affect any prize already properly awarded. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

9. Disqualification and Fraud

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant and to void any spin, prize, code, or credit that we determine, acting reasonably, involves fraud, abuse, manipulation, the use of bots or automated methods, multiple or fake accounts, or any material violation of these Official Rules or our site terms. Prizes already properly earned and issued for genuine, rule-compliant spins will not be voided except in cases of fraud relating to their issuance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Formulas LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules, or your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use your account and spin activity to operate the Promotion, including preventing duplicate or fraudulent entries and delivering prizes.

12. Governing Law; Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Void where prohibited by law.
