How to use
Suggested use, per the label: Take BETWEEN meals daily, preferably with an empty stomach. Take 1 capsule 2x daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Why between meals. Proteolytic enzymes are more useful for systemic support when they are not busy digesting food. An empty stomach lets more of the enzyme travel where you want it.
How long to give it. Sixty to ninety consistent days is a fair window for a full assessment.*
