Humic-Fulvic Acids
The concentration is on the label, because most are not.
A liquid humic and fulvic acid supplement formulated to at least 100,000 ppm per ounce, which is 10 percent by weight, carrying a natural baseline of 74 or more trace minerals and elements. Every batch tested for pH and redox potential.
- ✓At least 100,000 ppm per ounce. That is 10 percent by weight. Most products in this category test under 10,000 ppm, and some as low as 1,000.
- ✓74 or more trace minerals and elements. Carried naturally in the humic and fulvic fraction, along with amino acids and phytonutrients.*
- ✓Fulvic moves minerals into cells. The low-molecular-weight fulvic fraction crosses cell membranes and transports minerals with it.*
- ✓Humic supports the gut. Humic acids support healthy microbial flora, normal bowel function, and fluid and electrolyte balance.*
- ✓Every batch tested. pH above 9 and oxidation reduction potential above negative 170 millivolts, measured on the liquid and documented on our certificate of analysis.
4 fl. oz. dropper bottle · Batch-tested for heavy metals · Distributed by Longevity Formulas, Inc.
What's inside
Fulvic acids. Low-molecular-weight organic acids that cross cell membranes and carry minerals with them. This is the fraction most of the interest is about.*
Humic acids. Higher-molecular-weight organic compounds. Humic is particularly relevant in the GI tract, where it supports healthy microbial flora and normal bowel function.*
Concentration. Formulated to deliver at least 100,000 parts per million of fulvic and total dissolved solids per ounce. That is 10 percent by weight, or 100 grams per liter. Most products in this category test below 10,000 ppm, and some as low as 1,000 ppm.
A baseline of 74 or more trace minerals and elements, carried naturally in the humic and fulvic fraction along with amino acids and phytonutrients.*
Batch-tested properties. Each batch is tested for pH, which runs above 9, and for oxidation reduction potential, which measures above negative 170 millivolts. Both are measured properties of the liquid in the bottle, documented on our certificate of analysis.
4 fl. oz. dropper bottle. Daily Value not established for humic and fulvic acids.
How to use
Dilute it. Add your dose to clean filtered water. Do not take it neat.
Start low and ramp. Begin at roughly an eighth of a teaspoon for the first several days, then work up. Sensitive people should titrate slowly.
Timing. About 30 minutes before a meal is the common pattern.
What some people notice early. Tiredness, mild headache, or some bloating in the first week is not unusual when starting. Back the dose down if it happens.
Why we made it this way
Two things go wrong with most humic and fulvic products. They are dilute, and their sourcing is vague. Concentration is the easy one to verify, so we publish it: at least 100,000 ppm per ounce, which is 10 percent. We found only a few products that come close.
The harder problem is trust. Humic and fulvic acids bind metals, which is precisely why sourcing and testing matter more here than in almost any other supplement aisle. A product that binds metals well will also carry whatever was in the ground it came from. Every batch of ours is tested for heavy metals, and the results are documented on the certificate of analysis.
A published 90-day toxicology evaluation of a fulvic and humic acid preparation found no genotoxicity and no observed adverse effect level at the highest dose tested (Toxicol Rep 2020). That is a safety finding about a preparation, not an efficacy claim about ours.*
About this product
Humic and Fulvic Acids is a dietary supplement. Humic and fulvic substances have been used in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese practice for centuries, and the modern research base is still developing. The pH above 9 and the reading above negative 170 millivolts are laboratory measurements of this liquid, not statements about what happens in your body.* Take it for the mineral and trace-element density and the tested sourcing.
Who reaches for it
Adults building a foundational mineral and trace-element routine.
People running a practitioner-guided protocol who want a concentrated liquid rather than a capsule.
Anyone who has looked at the ppm numbers on other bottles and wanted a straight answer.
Cautions
Do not take undiluted. Always mix into water.
Pregnant or nursing. Do not use.
On medication. Humic and fulvic acids bind minerals and can affect how other substances are absorbed. Separate from medications by at least two hours and talk to your prescriber.
Keep out of reach of children.
Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or by children.
