What's inside

How to use
Start with clean, dry feet. The adhesive holds better and comes off more easily in the morning.
Apply one pad to the sole of each foot before bed. Press the edges down so the pad sits flat and stays put overnight.
Remove in the morning and throw the pad away. Rinse your feet. Use a fresh pad the next night.
About the color change. Pads typically darken during wear. That is a physical change in the pad material from moisture and warmth against the skin. It is not a measurement of anything, and a darker pad does not mean more of anything happened.
Why we made it this way
We describe it the way we can stand behind it. It is a pad, you put it on your feet at night, you take it off in the morning. Some people like having a small deliberate step at the end of the day, and that is what this is.
The color change gets a plain explanation. Pads darken during wear, people notice, and they deserve a straight answer about what that is rather than a story built around it. Ours is in the How to use section above.
