How to use
Liquid in the glass first, then the powder. Powder on top of water clumps far less than water poured onto powder.
Hold the whisk below the surface before you switch it on. Otherwise you will redecorate the counter.
Move it around for ten to twenty seconds. Small circles, and lift it toward the surface at the end if you want a little foam.
Rinse it under the tap while it is still wet. Ten seconds under running water, whisk end only. Do not put the motor housing in water.
Why we made it this way
Because a spoon does not actually work. Anyone taking a powdered supplement daily has met the layer of grit at the bottom of the glass. A powered whisk solves it in seconds, and a shaker bottle is another thing to wash.
Because we lost it once and went and found it again. Healthy Habits carried this mixer for years and customers kept reordering it. When the supplier went away we had people asking for it by name, so we tracked down another source rather than tell them it was gone.
Because it should be a rounding error. Comparable handheld mixers generally run fifteen dollars and up. Under ten felt like the right number for something whose only job is to stop your drink being lumpy.
