What's inside
H2POD® portable hydrogen water generator. Electrolysis-based device that produces dissolved molecular hydrogen in the bottle you drink from. Generates 550 ml (18 oz) per cycle in approximately 3 minutes.
USB charging cable. Charges overnight. Capacity of 10 to 20 bottles per charge. Compatible with USB-A and USB-C chargers. Charger not included.
ORP output. As low as -90 mV on a single cycle, or -180 mV with two cycles, depending on source water. Negative ORP is the standard indicator of dissolved hydrogen concentration.
Build. 39% larger capacity than typical small-format portable units. Bottle detaches for easy cleaning. No descaling cycle required. Expected life approximately 4,000 bottles, with at least 100 full charges before the battery begins to degrade. No battery replacement.
How to use
Step 1. Fill the bottle with purified water.
Step 2. Activate the electrolysis cycle per the included instructions. About 3 minutes per cycle. Run a second cycle for a lower ORP if desired.
Step 3. Drink immediately after generation. Dissolved molecular hydrogen dissipates over time, so fresh generation is the point of a portable unit.
Recharging. Recharge via USB. Overnight charging gives you 10 to 20 bottles worth of hydrogen water.

Molecular hydrogen (H2) dissolved in water has been the subject of extensive research, with hundreds of published studies examining its properties as a selective antioxidant.* Because dissolved hydrogen dissipates from water over time, the practical question for a hydrogen water routine is not whether hydrogen water exists, but whether it is fresh at the moment you drink it.
