How to use
Plug in. Connect the mat to the ground port of a standard grounded outlet using the included cable and adapter.
Use it barefoot. Stand, sit, or sleep with bare skin on the mat. Positioning it at the foot of the bed so your feet touch it while you sleep is a common way to use it consistently.

Care. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Earthing is the practice of putting bare skin in contact with the surface of the earth so the body can exchange electrons with the ground it evolved on. Modern life gets in the way of it. Rubber soles insulate. Concrete slabs and hardwood floors insulate. Most of us go a whole day without touching soil.
