Applicators are not universal. The unit covers four wavelengths, 470 nm, 633 nm, 655 nm, and 810 nm, and each one takes its own applicator. They are not interchangeable, so check which one you need against your unit before you order.
Not eligible for refund. Applicators sit inside the nose. For hygiene reasons neither the unit nor the applicators can be returned once shipped. Please order the one you actually need.
How to use
Match the applicator to the wavelength. Seat it on the unit as shown in your Nasal Light Therapy guide. If it does not seat cleanly, it is the wrong one.
Clean between sessions as the device guide directs. This is a part that goes in your nose, so the guide's cleaning steps are not optional.
One set per person. If more than one person in the house uses the unit, each user should have their own applicators. This is the ordinary reason people buy a second set.
Replace when it stops fitting cleanly. A cracked, cloudy, loose, or visibly worn applicator gets swapped rather than cleaned again.
Why we made it this way
Because the alternative is sharing. A nasal applicator is a personal item in the same way a toothbrush head is. Selling them separately means a household can run one unit without anyone sharing a tip.
Because a damaged part should not cost you the unit. The applicator is the small clear piece most likely to get dropped, cracked, or lost. Replacing it should not mean replacing the whole device.
Because the four wavelengths each need their own. That is a fact about the hardware rather than a preference, and since the order cannot be refunded it is worth saying more than once. Confirm which one you need before you buy.
