How to use
Clean the applicator first. Wipe with alcohol before each use. This goes in your nose, so hygiene is part of the protocol.
One session, hands free. Insert the applicator as directed and let the 25-minute auto-timer run. Evening use is the common pattern.
Do not stack missed days. If you skip a day, do not double up. Maximum twice daily, with at least a 6-hour break between sessions.
Experiment inside those limits. Users are encouraged to find the routine that works for their own mind and body, within the twice-daily ceiling.
Charge by USB as needed.
Why we made it this way
The nasal cavity is densely vascularized and sits close to the thymus and the upper airway. That anatomy is the whole reason for delivering light there rather than through the skin: thin tissue, rich blood supply, and a location you can reach without a clinic visit.
We built the four-frequency unit rather than four separate devices because the applicators are the consumable part and the computer unit is not. One rechargeable body, four applicators, a 25-minute timer so you are not watching a clock, and a hands-free fit so the session happens while you do something else.
Durability was the other requirement. The unit is built to withstand drop tests and normal handling, and the diode carries a specified life of 30,000 hours.

Cautions
Seizure history or brain bleed. Do not use if you have a seizure disorder or any history of intracranial bleeding without clearing it with your physician first.
Pregnancy and nursing. Consult your physician before use.
What some people notice early. Mild headache or brief lightheadedness can happen in the first sessions. Shorten or space out sessions if it does.
Hygiene. Applicators are personal. Do not share the unit or its applicators with anyone else.
Warranty. One year on the main computer unit, 90 days on applicators and cord.
