What's inside
Potassium citrate. An alkaline-forming potassium salt of citric acid. In the Dr. Reams framework this is the form specified when the protein to sugar ratio is low or the salts to protein ratio is high and total pH reads 13 or above.*
Potassium orotate. Potassium delivered on an orotic acid carrier, a form popularized by Dr. Hans Nieper. Used when the same ratios apply and total pH reads below 13.*

How to use
Protocol use. Potassium citrate when total pH is 13 or above, potassium orotate when it is below 13, per the Dr. Reams framework.*
